摘要
对于小鼠阴栓龄胚第11~17天、19天及生后1天,1~3周新生肾发育过程中组织学和组织化学变化进行了AcP(Wachstein改良的Gomori方法)、AlP(钙钴法)、ATPase(WachsteinMeisel中性法)、非特异性酯酶(Pearson法)的观察,以成年肾做对照。1.肾小体在胚14天,近曲小管、远曲小管、亨利氏襻在胚16天,相继开始分化。2.AlP活性随肾小体等结构分化完成而减弱,晚期随近曲小管的结构与功能分化渐趋完善而增强。胚16,17天时,肾功能初步建立,此时集合管出现AcP和ATPase反应强阳性的“附加细胞”,这种细胞在胚19天~初生达最大量,以后逐渐减少,成年肾仅于皮质集合管可见。“附加细胞”出现的意义曾加讨论。3.新生的小鼠肾尚未成熟,AcP、AlP、ATPase随肾生后的不断发育而变化,其活性强度与分布特点大致都在生后三周左右才接近成年型。4.非特异性酯酶在生后四周才显示活性并伴有明显的性别差异。肾的AlP从生后一周已出现性别差异。
The metanephros in the 11~19 th days old mouse embryos and the kidneys ofthe new born mice l day to 1~4 weeks after birth were used for histologic and his-tochemical studies.This paper presents the observation on acid(lead-nitrate of Wachst-ein’s modification method)and alkaline(calcium-cobalt method of Zhang Zuogan)phosphatases(AlP,AcP),adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase,Wachstein-Meisel’smethod),and nonspecific esterase(Pearson’s method).The renal corpuscle by the fourteenth day,the convoluted tubules and Henle’sloops by the sixteenth day began to differentiate.In the early stages,AlP activity decreased as a result of the structural differenti-ation of the renal corpuscle.In the later stages,AlP activity intensified gradually,as a result of the functional differentiation and the appearance of the convolutedtubules.By the 16~17 th days of development,the function of the kidney were initiallybuilt up.Meanwhile,there appeared“additional cells”in the collecting tubules,whichintensified the activity of AcP and ATPase.The number of these cells reached amaximum from the 19 th day in embryo to new-born.Later on,they graduallydecreased in number,and in the adult kidney there were only a few of these cellsfound in cortical collecting tubules.The kidney of the new born mice had not yet matured.The activity of AcP,AlP,ATPase varied with further development of this organ which began to approachthe characterstic pattern of the adult kidney at about 3 rd week after birth.There was a marked sex difference present in the activity of AlP and non-specific esterase.The difference of AlP in sex appeared from the 1st week,it becamemarked until the 3 rd week after birth.But this differencs of esterase only appearedat the end of the 4th week.
