小白鼠胚后肾和生后肾发育的组织学和组织化学观察——核酸、多糖、琥珀酸脱氢酶 被引量:2

摘要 对于小白鼠阴栓龄胚第11~17、19天及出生后1天,1~3周新生肾发育过程中组织学,组织化学变化进行了RNA(甲绿-哌喏咛染色)、PAS(McManus’sPAS方法)和SDH(Pearse’sMTT法)观察。胚16~17天时肾单位各段核酸减少,SDH开始出现活性,刷毛缘及基膜的PAS反应出现阳性,说明此时后肾功能开始出现。上述反应均随发育而逐渐减弱或增强,直到生后2~3周各反应强度分别接近成年型。对核酸,多糖,SDH在胚胎发育中的意义进行了讨论。 The metanephros in the 11~19 days old mouse embryos and the kidneys of thenew born mice 1 day to 1~4 weeks after birth were used for the histologic andhistochemical studies.This paper presents the observation on RNA(methyl green pyronin stain),PAS(McManus’s PAS method)and SDH(Pearse’s MTT method).In the 16-and 17-day old embryo,the RNA content of each sections of the ne-phron decreased,the SDH activity and PAS reaction began to appear positive.Itshowed that the function of kidney were initially built up.The SDH activity,PAS-positive and RNA reactions varied with the developmentof kidney,which began to assume the characterestics of adult pattern at about 2~3rdweeks after birth.The significance of RNA,PAS,SDH in embryonic development was discussed.
