大脑皮质内轴突-胞体侧棘突触

THE AXO-SOMATIC SPINE SYNAPSES IN THE CEREBRAL CORTEX

我们在用高尔基氏铬银法染制的切片上发现不仅视区皮质(家兔)的树突上有侧棘,而且锥体细胞的胞体上也能看到侧棘。胞体上的侧棘与轴突支接触形成轴突-胞体侧棘突触。上述事实表明大脑皮质内的侧棘的形态和功能是较复杂的。

The present study showed that the dendritic spines were distributed not only on the dendrites,but also on the soma of the pyramidal cells in the visual cortex of the rabbit after treated with Golgi method.The somatic spines were found in contact with the axonal collaterals,which formed axo-somatic spine synapses.The findings suggested that the morphology and function of the spines in the cerebral cortex are rather complicated.
