2,2,3,3-四氟丙醇对睾丸和卵巢的作用

摘要 为了寻求安全有效的避孕药物,我们曾就二氟二溴甲烷对雄性小白鼠的抗生育作用进行过研究;并证明吸入该剂后小白鼠^([1])、家犬^([2])及猴^([3])的睾丸曲细精管的精子发生出现暂时性抑制。近年来,有许多关于α-氯代丙二醇影响动物副睾精子的功能及曲细精管的精子发生,从而产生暂时抗生育的报道^([4~6])。能否利用二者的有关功能基团合成具有抗生育作用的新药?我们进行了这方面的实验研究,四氟丙醇就是其中的一种。发现它对雄性小白鼠和猴有抑制精子生成的作用,对雌性小白鼠的生长卵泡有抑制生长作用。 The effects of 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoro-l-propanol on testicular germinal epithelium of both mice and monkeys(macaca mulatta)as well as ovarian follicles of mice were studied.In monkeys,daily dose levels greater than 29.8mg/kg for 4 weeks resulted in complete inhibition of spermatogenesis which could be maintained for 10 weeks after drug withdrawal.In mice,daily doses varying from 106 to 250mg/kg within 5 weeks resulted in different degrees of suppression of spermatogenesis.However,when daily doses were enlarged to 284mg/kg a complete inhibition was achieved.In those female mice receiving daily doses of 250mg/kg,the degeneration of growing follicles in ovary had been present in most of the animals since the 2nd week of treatment.Histological examination of testes and ovaries taken from treated animals showed a damage to meiotic stages in sperm production and growing follicles,while spermatogonia and primordial follicles were not impaired.
