门静脉及其主根的局部联属的一些观察

OBSERVATIONS ON THE ANATOMY AND TOPOGRAPHY OF THE PORTAL VEIN AND ITS MAIN TRIBUTARIES

1.在100例成年尸体中,门静脉由肠系膜上静脉和脾静脉组成者,占94%;由肠系膜上、下静脉和脾静脉共同组成者,占6%。肠系膜上静脉与脾静脉联合成门静脉处,呈三脚架型者最多,占69%。肠系膜下静脉注入脾静脉者占55%,注入肠系膜上静脉者占39%。胃左静脉注入门静脉者占53%,注入脾静脉者占42%。2.门静脉的平均长度为5.1厘米,其上、下端的平均管径均为1.7厘米。肠系膜上静脉止端管径平均为1.5厘米。脾静脉的管径,在起、止端平均均为1.1厘米。3.门静脉与下腔静脉交叉者,占90%;大致相平行者,占10%。胆总管位于门静脉的右侧者占55%;位于右前方者占16%;余29%之例初位于门静脉的右前方,继位于门静脉右侧。门静脉上1/3段的前方全有动脉跨过;中1/3段前方有动脉跨过者占98%;下1/3段前方有动脉跨过者占40%。脾静脉位于左肾静脉的前方,两者的近侧部重迭,占39%。

1.Portal veins of 100 adult cadavers were studied.The portal vein is formed,in 94%by the union of the superior mesenteric and splenic veins,in 6%by the union of the superior and inferior mesenteric and splenic veins,The union of the superior me-senteric and splenic veins into portal vein mainly appears in a tripod form(69%).The inferior mesenteric vein ends into the splenic vein in 55%and into the superior mesenteric vein in 39%.The left gastric vein ends into the portal vein in 53%and into the splenic vein in 42%of cases.2.The portal vein is measured 5.1 cm.in length and the average diameter of its both ends is 1.7 cm.The average diameter of the upper end of the superior mesenteric vein is 1.5 cm.,of the splenic vein is 1.1 cm.at its both ends.3.While ascending upward toward the porta hepaticus,the portal vein usually crosses the inferior vena cava.In 10%of cases,the portal vein run parallel with the inferior vena cava.In 55%of cases,the common bile duct lies to the right of the portal vein;in 16%,it lies in front and to the right of the portal vein;in 29%the upper portion of the bile duct lies in front and to the right but its lower portion lies to the right of the portal vein.In nearly all cases,the upper 2/3 of the portal vein is crossed by an artery,but for the lower 1/3,this is true only in 40%.Overlapping of the proximal part of the left renal vein by the splenic vein is observed in 39%.
