摘要
临床方面,应用针刺治疗糖尿病,虽然有所记载[1,2,3,6]。但它的作用机制为何?特别是从形态学方面,研讨糖尿病针刺疗效机制的,尚未多见。本研究即是从这方面探索在针刺疗效过程中,组织形态的改变,并探讨其适应变化的机制。材料和方法本研究选用健康大白鼠21只,体重在89—192克之间。其中19只分成两大组,每鼠分别接受从腹腔注射浓度为2%蒸馏水配制.
Twenty-one adult albino rats were selected for study,19 of them developed diabetes after peritoneal injections of alloxan,and the remaining two were left without any treat-ment.The diabetic animals were subdivided into two groups:in one group,each rat received daily acupunctures on the thoracic and lumbar regions;while those of the other group were left untreated and served as controls.Urine was collected from 5 animals from both experimental and control groups and was analyzed for sugar with Benedict’s procedure.At various time intervals during the experiment,the tissue blocks of pancreas and liver were collected from the animals,including the two normal rats,and were fixed in Bouin’s and Gendre’s solutions respectively,and paraffin sections were prepared from them.Gomori’s modified Mallory-Heidenhain azan,Mallory’s phosphotungstic acid hema-toxylin,Gomori’s chromium hematoxylin phloxin were employed for the study of islets’cells the Bauer-Feulgen’s reaction for liver glycogen.The results showed that there was a conspicuous fall in urine sugar with less damage of hepatic lobular tissues as well as beta-cells of the pancreatic islets in the acupunctured animals.
