摘要
1.本文作者分别采取死后2—24小时19例尸体15个部位的皮朕,用10%福尔马林固定,McManus的PAS反应法显示后,对表皮及其衍生结构中的糖原,进行了观察。2.糖原在表皮中的分布不恒定,因个体及部位不同而有差别,大部分标本的表皮未显示出糖原,只在少部分标本的表皮中显示出少量糖原,它们主要分布于棘层的浅层细胞。3.人体不同部位毛囊的糖原分布及含量,决定于毛囊所处的生长周期。生长期毛囊的糖原含量最丰富,主要分布于中段外毛鞘与棘层相连续的细胞中。极少数标本未角化的内毛鞘亦显示出糖原。静止期毛囊均为阳性。个体之间未见明显区别。4.皮脂腺中的糖原与表皮相似,分布亦不恒定,约有1/2标本显示出糖原,但会量很低。它们主要分布于接近分化完全的细胞中。少数标本的皮脂腺导管细胞含有糖原。此外,在有些接近分化完全的细胞中见到了呈现环状的糖原。5.汗腺的糖原可因个体和部位的机能状态不同而有差异,在大部分标本的分泌细胞中都显示出了多量糖原,但含量互有差别。少数标本的导管细胞显示出了糖原,其中以近分泌细胞一段的阳性标本较多。
1.The skin of 15 regions from each of 19 cadavers,2--24 hours after death,was obtained and fixed with 10%formalin.Glycogen in the epidermis and its derivatives was demonstrated with PAS routine of McManus for comparative studies.2.The distribution of glycogen in the epidermis varies with individuals as well as different regions of the same body.No glycogen was demonstrated in most specimens,with few exceptions,whose glycogen was present chiefly in the cells of the upper layers of the stratum spinosum.3.The distribution and amount of glycogen in the hair follicles of different regions of the body were indifferent to individuals but related to the hair growth cycle,being most abundant in the cells of the middle third of the external sheath in growing phase.Occasionally,glycogen was demonstrated in the unkeratinized cells of the inner sheath.There was no glycogen in the resting follicles.4.The distribution of glycogen in the sebaceous glands was also variable,only a little demonstrated in about half of the specimens,mostly in the moderately differen-tiated cells.Glycogen was present in the cells of the ducts of sebaceous glands of a small number of specimens.Morever,glycogen in some moderately differentiated cells assumed one or more ring forms.5.The glycogen content in the eccrine sweat glands varied with different regions and physiological states of individuals.In a few specimens,glycogen was present in the cells of the ducts,especially near the secretory cells.
