健康猕猴骨髓象——云南猕猴100例分析

摘要 由于近年来利用猴类作医学及生物学实验的日益增多,就要求有更多更准确的有关猿猴的生理指标,猴子的骨髓象和血象是重要的内容。猴子骨髓象最早是由Wills和Stewart(1935)[1]所研究,其结论是猴类的骨髓象和人类及狗的骨髓成分十分相近,继之Stasney和Higgin(1937)[2]用杀猴取骨髓的方法观察了6只猕猴5个不同部位的骨髓象. 1.A differential count of cell types of bone marrow from 100 healthy"Rhesusmonkeys was made with iliac punture technique.The healthy monkeys were divided into five age groups and the elements of bonemarrow of the each groups were compared.2.An average of 45.25 percent of total number of cells were myeloid series andconsisted of neutrophilic myelocytes 6.44%,nonsegmented neutrophils 23.57%,and seg-mented neutrophils 10.61%,myeloblasts,promyelocytes,eosinophilic and basophilic mye-locytes,eosinophils and basophils togather comprised 4.59%.The erythroid series of cells averaged 27.78%of which there were rubriblasts 0.56%,prorubricytes 1.44%,rubricytes 10.76%,and metarubricytes 15.01%.Lymphocytesaveraged 21.93%.3.The result was compared with findings in literature,and the high percentage oflymphocyte was correlated with peripheral counts.
