心包内肺静脉及Marshall皱襞的观察

OBSERVATIONS ON THE INTRAPERICARDIAL PULMONARY VEINS AND THE FOLD OF MARSHALL

随着胸腔外科手术的发展,某些肺部疾病尤其是肺癌疾患,在行全肺或肺叶切除术时,往往采用心包内肺血管结扎,以便得到较为安全和根治的手术。有关心包内肺血管的解剖学资料,在国外虽有过发表^([1-2]),但在国内尚未见有报导。本文作者对国人心包内肺静脉及Marshall皱襞进行了详细的观察,并为临床外科提供这方面的形态学资料。

The intrapericardial length,diameter and the proportion of the circumference of the pulmonary veins and the fold of Marshall in 100 pericardium of adult cadavers have been studied.The results have been estimated,tabulated and illustrated.It is suggested that,in performing pulmonary operations,especially for cancer of the lung,intrapericardial ligation and division of the pulmonary veins will provide a wider margin of safety beyond tissues grossly involved by the tumor.
