大白鼠小脑皮质内直立型返行纤维的起源

摘要 作者在用石蜡镀银法制备的大白鼠小脑蚓部的组织切片中,观察到了列的一些结果:1.直立型运行纤维束在小脑皮质内的走行有两种形式:部分形成束状的襻套或钩状的弯曲,部分形成喷泉状或扇状的放射。故喷泉状或扇状的返行纤维应归入直立型的返行纤维。2.直立型的返行纤维单独的或成束的起源于小脑蚓部的髓质。这些纤维在颗粒层、浦氏细胞层或分子层内形成方形或半环形的襻套后,再返回髓质或颗粒层,它们可能来自脊髓小脑束。3.直立型的返行纤维绝大多数存在于中央叶的皮质。它们在蚓部各小叶的分布是基部多于尖部。 Thirty young female albino rats,weighting 70--100 grams were used in the present investi-gation.The vermis of the cerebellum were cut in series and stained with Glee’s silver impregna-tion for paraffin method.The following results were obtained:The fan-like or fountain-like,recurrent fibers were found to be the vertical recurrent fibers.They passed out from the cerebellar medulla singly or in bundle.Most of them ascended verticallythrough the granular and molecular layers toward,the surface of the cerebellar cortex,where theyformed hemicycles or square loops and then came back to the granular layer or medulla.Some ofthem formed fiber lcops in the molecular and Purkinje cell layers.They probably originated fromthe spino-cerebellaris tract.The vertical recurrent fibers were mostly found in the lobulus centralis of the vermis of thecerebellum.
