A NOTE ON THE NODES OF THE MEDULLATED FIBERS IN THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM

1871年法人Ranvier发现周围神经髓鞘纤维上有一种节的结构(现在神经组织学上叫做郎飞氏节node of Ranvier),但他在中枢神经系统中却没有看到。以后Cajal等学者虽然指出中枢神经系统中也有节的结构,但因染色技术的限制和其他原因,许多人仍未观察到,所以中枢神经系统中纤维上是否有节的问题.

The presence of nodes of the medullated fibers in the central nervous system has been demons-trated in histological sections prepared according to Weber’s method and method of intra-vitamstaining with methylene blue.Some of the central nodes observed have also a cementing disc com-parable to,though less developed than,that found in peripheral nerves.The possible presence ofendoneurium in the central fibers has been suggested and discussed.
