STUDIES ON THE SEGMENTAL BRONCHI AND BLOOD VESSELS IN THE RIGHT UPPER LOBE OF THE LUNGS IN THE CHINESE

本教研室于1957年曾研究过右肺中叶,关于肺解剖的历史材料及我们的研究方法,均已介绍过,本文不再重复。研究材料:我们仍然用上次研究中叶的50个右肺,但有两个标本,有上叶因病变形,我们另外换了两个,所以本文仍是用50个成人右肺上叶。

The pattern of branching and distribution of the segmental bronchi and blood vessels in theright upper lobe of 50 adult Chinese lungs were studied and the following results are obtained.1.In 44%of the cases the bronchus of the right upper lobe is divided into 2 branches,oneof which being the segmental bronchus,the other being the common trunk of 2 segmental bronchi.The two-branch type has several variations forming another 18%of the cases.In 34%of the cases,the right upper bronchus is divided into 3 branches--apical,anterior andposterior segmental bronchi.4%of the cases are with 4 branches,2 of which being segmental and the other 2 being thesubsegmental bronchi.2.The arteries of the right upper lobe has 1--4 branches(1 branch 6%;2 branches 56%;3branches 36%;4 branches 4%).The anterior trunk is the main artery of the right upper lobe andcan be divided into 3 types according to the manner of its branching and distribution.3.The vein in the right upper lobe is formed by the union of the anterior superior,anteriorinferior and posterior veins,the latter being the largest.branch.
