摘要
前此,我们曾在动物体上做过一系列“磷脂类对于组织的作用”的研究。其结果表明,磷脂类有使组织增强的作用。在这些实验的基础上,我们又进一步对人体做了试验,观察给与磷脂后人体健康状况的改变,并且在临床观察的同时,我们又进行了血液学的研究,从而一方面了解磷脂类对于人体健康和血液的作用;另—方而也进一步了解健康改变与血液改变之间的关系。
The changes of blood picture of 68 cases after the administration of phospholipids from soy-bean were reported.The results show the following facts:1.After the administration of phospholipids the subjects showed an average increase of hemog-lobin content of lgm/100 cc;2.An increase of the number and stainability of mitochondria and neutral-red bodies in the white blood cells;3.A decrease of percentage of middle-sized lymphocytes;and 4.In the peripheral blood,no apparent changes involve the numerical values of the formed-elements,differential counts and peroxidase reaction of the white blood cells.
