左侧股动脈侧枝循环一例的报告

ONE CASE OF COLLATERAL CIRCULATION OF THE LEFT FEMORAL ARTERY

一條動脈的主幹斷流以後,往往藉其分枝之吻合,形成側枝循環,使斷流以下之地區得到充分之血液供應,已是衆所周知的事實。關於這方面的問題,牵涉範圍颇廣,一般來說,那一條動脈那一段斷流後,經那些側枝形成側枝循環、在一般解剖敎科書與外科解剖學中均有提到。但側枝吻合不一定形成良好的側枝循環。

An macroscopic study was made of collateral circulation of the lower extremity after the interruption of the femoral artery midway between the middle and the lower portion of the femur,and collateral arteries were sectioned for microscopic observations.Histological changes in the collateral arteries revealed that the tunica intima was locally thickened with hyperplasia of elastic elements and smooth muscle fibers,and that the tunica media might be interrupted in places.Diverticula formations were observed in the collateral arteries and their causuality discussed.Nerve bundles of n.peroneus communis,n.tibialis were deformed due to pressure exerted from the enlarged collateral arteries.This might be one of the aetiologies of the ischias.
