不完全的二重脊髓

关於部分的或不完全的二重脊髓,在本学报第一卷第一期李文佑[1]曾报告一例。此例在腰骶部有二个新增的后角但无其它部分,是属於脊髓部分乱生(myelodyspla-sia)的一类。在动物中,Bolk氏[2]曾报告袋鼠Didelptrys cancrivora有二重脊髓.

Remarkable hyperplasia has been incidentally found on the lumbosacrallevelsof the spinal cord in a full-term fetus.The cord is partitioned into right and leftsymmetrical halves with altogether four anterior and posterior horns.The super-numerary horns are not fully developed.The anterior horns send off anteriorroots which are amalgamated into one dorsally with unknown connections.Acommon posterior funiculus and root exist between the original and superimpos-ed posterior horns on each side.The partially daplicated spinal cord is enclos-ed in a single dural cavity.The anterior spinal arteries are also doubled.Thehyperplasic structures may have been functional to some extent before the fetushas been still-born.It is a regret that the spinal cord is incomplete at its twoends and the cause of its duplication is unknown.
