INTEROCEPTORS IN THE ENDOMETRIUM OF THE RABBIT’S UTERUS

子宫内膜里的神经分布问题,曾为许多组织学家研究过,但结果甚少:如Labhardt(1906),Mabuchi(1924),Stǒhr(1928)等氏就未曾在子宫内膜里观察到神经组织。即令有些组织学家有过研究结果,如Gawrosky(1894),Kǒstlin(1894),Acconci(1908),Hoogkamar(1913)等在子宫粘膜内,甚至在其表皮细胞上描述过神经纤维及神经丛,以及Davis(1933)曾在人子宫内膜里观察到交织成网状的纤细的无髓鞘神经纤维,但他们的工作结果尚不能获得另一些组织学家所承认(此点将在后面讨论中论及)。此后,State与Hirsch(1941)在子宫内膜里观察到神经与血管伴行,但却未能看到神经末梢的形态。

In studying the intrinsic innervation of the rabbit’s uterus impregnated by Weber’ssilver impregnation method,myelinated nerve fibers are found in the endomertrium(Fig.1).In serial sections,the nerves can be followed crossing the myometrium from the serouscoat and entering the endometrium.Their terminations in the stroma of the endometriumare represented either by free nerve endings with repeated dichotomous branches(Fig.2),or by encapsulated nerve endings with the compicated form resembling the Paciniancorpuscle(Figs.3&4),and the simple one resembling the endbulb of Krause(Fig.5).
