近十年热敏灸研究热点与趋势的知识图谱可视化分析

Visual analysis of knowledge graph on hot spots and trends in heat-sensitive moxibustion research in recent ten years

目的:以热敏灸为主题进行文献计量学分析,探索该研究领域的热点问题与研究趋势。方法:对中国知网(CNKI)2010年12月31日至2021年1月1日的相关文献进行检索,运用CiteSpace5.7R5进行关键词、作者、发文机构的分析。结果:共纳入1982篇文献,发文量显示该研究领域的研究热度不断增长。关键词分析显示,研究方向主要集中于热敏灸基础理论、临床操作以及适应证方面,且逐渐向临床疗效过渡。发文作者分析显示,该领域内出现了以陈日新、熊俊、付勇等为代表的核心作者,但核心的研究团队尚不明显。机构分析显示,以江西中医药大学为代表的研究机构发文量较多。结论:热敏灸是针灸学领域的重要组成部分,具有很大的研究价值,本文运用知识图谱的可视化来清晰地展示热敏灸领域近十年的理论研究、穴位敏化、适宜疾病等方面的热点与研究趋势,为了解热敏灸提供了理论参考。

Objective:This paper aims to conduct bibliometric analysis on heat-sensitive moxibustion and explore the hot issues and research trends in this field.Methods:Relevant literature on the China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)from December 31,2010 to January 1,2021 was retrieved,and CiteSpace5.7R5 was used for keyword analysis,author analysis,and publication institution analysis.Results:A total of 1982 pieces of literature were included,and the number of publications showed that the research heat in this research field was growing continuously.Keyword analysis showed that the research direction mainly focused on the basic theory of heat-sensitive moxibustion,clinical operation,and indications.The research direction gradually transitioned to clinical efficacy.The author analysis showed that there were some core authors represented by CHEN Rixin,XIONG Jun,and FU Yong,but the core research team was not obvious yet.The analysis of institutions showed that the publications number of research institutions represented by Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was more.Conclusion:Heat-sensitive moxibustion is an important part of the field of acupuncture and moxibustion,which has great research value.In this paper,visualization of the knowledge map is used to clearly show the hot spots and research trends in the field of acupoint sensitization,suitable diseases,and other respects about heat-sensitive moxibustion,in the past ten years,which provides the theoretical reference for understanding heat-sensitive moxibustion.
