自动化立体车库缓冲位设计与调度仿真研究

摘要 自动化立体车库是一种缓解停车问题的大容量停车设备。提出一种带有多个缓冲停车位的自动化立体车库,车库底层设置存车缓冲区和取车缓冲区,配备多个缓冲停车位。在传统立体车库的系统结构和存取车流程基础上,建立立体车库的简化模型,提出一种基于就近原则的堆垛机调度策略,并给出计算堆垛机运行时间的数学表达式。建立仿真模型,用于评估立体车库的服务性能。将带有多个缓冲停车位的自动化立体车库与传统立体车库进行对比分析,结果表明,所提出的方案缩短了19.06%的堆垛机平均运行时间、减少了15.36%的顾客平均排队等待时间和18.25%的顾客平均消耗时间,具有显著优势。 Automatic stereo garage is a large capacity parking equipment to alleviate parking problems.An automatic stereo garage with multiple buffer parking space was proposed,where the bottom layer of the garage was equipped with storage buffer and pickup buffer,and equipped with multiple buffer parking space.Based on the system structure and access vehicle process of the traditional stereo garage,a simplified model was established.A stacker scheduling strategy based on the nearby principle was proposed,and a mathematical expression of calculating the running time of the stacker was presented.Simulation model was established to evaluate the service performance of stereo garage.The automatic stereo garage with multiple buffer parking space was compared with the traditional stereo garage.The results show that the proposed scheme could shorten the average running time of the stacker by 19.06%,reduce the average customer waiting time by 15.36%and average customer consumption time by 18.25%,and has significant advantage.
