高校实验仪器与设备管理问答系统

摘要 高校实验仪器与设备管理问答系统是对实验室设备管理的创新应用,结合知识图谱和智能问答技术为用户提供更加高效、便捷的查询途径。对实验仪器设备相关信息进行处理与整合,根据应用需求构建实验室设备知识图谱并将其存储在Neo4j数据库中以便查询,使用jieba分词工具对用户输入问题进行预处理,并结合支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)文本分类模型实现对用户输入问题的分类,接着与自定义的Cypher语句模板进行匹配,最后在Neo4j数据库中检索相应的答案并返回给用户。实验结果表明,该系统回答问题的平均准确率达到83.75%,满足实际应用需求,并且具有良好的可扩展性、灵活性等特点,能够提高设备管理的效率,具有重要的现实意义。 Experimental instrument and equipment management question and answer system is an innovative application of laboratory equipment management in universities.It combines knowledge graph and intelligent question and answer technology to provide users with more efficient and convenient query channels.The relevant information of the experimental equipment was processed and integrated.According to the application requirements,the knowledge map of the laboratory equipment was constructed and stored in the Neo4j database for query.The jieba word segmentation tool was used to preprocess the input problem from users.The support vector machine(SVM)text classification model was used to realize the classification of the input problem from users,and then matched with the custom Cypher statement template.Finally,the corresponding answers were retrieved in the Neo4j database and returned to the user.The experimental results show that the average accuracy of the system to answer questions is 83.75%.This meets the practical application requirements,and has the characteristics like good scalability,good flexibility,etc.It can improve the efficiency of equipment management and has important practical significance.
