摘要
本文探究了将近红外二区(second near-infrared region,NIR-Ⅱ)小分子IR-FE制备为脂质体的方法,优化出最佳的脂质体配方。结果表明:物质量分数为95%的DPPC加5%的DSPE-PEG_(2000)是制备IR-FE脂质体的最佳配方,脂质体荧光强度随着投药浓度的改变没有变化,并且实现了对小鼠微血管的造影。这项工作为改善NIR-Ⅱ小分子的水溶性提供了新的策略。
The preparation method of liposomes loading second near-infrared region(NIR-Ⅱ)molecule IR-FE was explored.The optimal liposome formulation was obtained.The investigations indicate that 95%(mole fraction)DPPC and 5%(mole fraction)DSPE-PEG_(2000)is the best formulation for preparing IR-FE liposomes.The fluorescence intensity of liposomes does not change with the change of administered dose.And the microangiography of mouse vessels is achieved.This work provides a new strategy to improve the water solubility of NIR-Ⅱmolecule.
