摘要
在大学生群体中,心理资本能够影响职业决策自我效能,现作进一步探究,目的是研究心理资本各维度与职业决策自我效能维度间相互作用的循环效应,包括成就动机各维度在循环过程中的中介作用和社会支持各维度在此循环过程中的调节作用。采用不同心理量表进行问卷调查,收集1197份有效问卷,构建了心理资本与职业决策自我效能维度间有中介的调节循环效应模型,通过二阶最小二乘(two stage least square,2SLS)算法对模型进行估计。结果发现,心理资本与职业决策自我效能,心理资本与制定计划、问题解决之间都存在循环效应,追求成功动机和避免失败动机在心理资本和职业决策自我效能(以及制定计划、问题解决)之间起循环的中介作用,个人所获社会总支持在心理资本和职业决策自我效能(以及制定计划、问题解决)之间的调节作用通过追求成功动机和避免失败动机发挥作用。
In the group of college students,career decision-making self-efficacy could be influenced by psychological capital.This paper is to further explore the cyclic effect of the interaction between psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy.It includes the mediating effects of the dimensions of achievement motivation and the moderating effects of the dimensions of social support during this cyclic.In this study,1197 valid questionnaires were collected from a questionnaire survey using different psychological scales.A moderating cycle effect model was established to estimate the relationship between psychological capital and the dimension of career decision-making self-efficacy.The model was estimated by the two stage least squares(2SLS)algorithm.The results show that there are cyclic effects between psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy,between psychological capital,making plans and problem solving,and that the motivation to pursue success and avoid failure play a cyclical mediating role between psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy(and making plans and problem solving).The moderating effect of total social support for indivisuals on the relationship between psychological capital and career decision making self-efficacy(as well as planning and problem solving)plays a role through the motivation of seeking success and avoiding failure.
