音频设备主控模块复杂通信设计与实现

摘要 针对高端音频处理设备国产化问题,致力于实现一个实用性、兼容性良好的音频处理设备的主控模块。首先,本设计基于NXP i.MX6处理器全新设计硬件结构,在常用通信接口的基础上,着重设计了网络通信和串口通信接口;其次,为实现复杂通信的设计,主控模块基于嵌入式Linux系统进行软件框架的搭建,通过私有通信协议、应答重发机制等手段实现设备间的复杂通信逻辑。该软件设计在通信过程中,根据数据类型的不同,采用灵活的通信方式,以提高通信效率。在实现上述功能的基础上,对主控模块功能进行扩展,如远程上位机控制、U盘本地上载、电容屏人机交互等,使得主控模块可以更加方便地适用于各种应用场景或研究测试。为验证软件设计的功能,本文依托于多通道混响音频处理设备的项目背景验证,在模拟环境下,各功能均满足设计预期,能够完成主控模块的控制功能。 Aiming at the localization of high-end audio processing equipment,this paper is committed to realizing a main control module of audio processing equipment with good practicability and compatibility.Firstly,this design is based on NXP i.MX6 processor,and the new hardware structure is designed.On the basis of common communication interfaces,the network communication and serial communication interfaces are emphatically designed.Secondly,in order to realize the design of complex communication,the main control module builds the software framework based on embedded Linux system,and realizes the complex communication logic between devices by means of private communication protocol,response retransmission mechanism and so on.In the process of communication,the software adopts flexible communication mode according to different data types to improve communication efficiency.On the basis of realizing the above functions,the functions of the main control module are expanded,such as remote host computer control,local upload of USB flash disk,human-computer interaction of capacitive screen,etc.,so that the main control module can be more convenient to adapt to various application scenarios or research and testing.In order to verify the functions of the software design,this paper relies on the project background verification of multi-channel reverberation audio processing equipment.In the simulation environment,all functions meet the design expectations and can complete the control function of the main control module.
