摘要
肿瘤细胞的代谢重编程为每个组织形成一个独特的指纹,而Nrf2作为一个转录调控因子,调控下游关于细胞解毒、抗氧化应激的多种细胞行为,可协同下游HO-1、NQO-1等靶基因影响ROS表达,并参与线粒体生理、蛋白质稳态、新陈代谢及细胞周期等过程。本文对肿瘤细胞代谢及Nrf2促肿瘤细胞生长所涉及的作用机制做简单综述。
The metabolic reprogramming of tumor cells forms a unique fingerprint for each tissue,and Nrf2,as a transcriptional regulator,regulates a variety of downstream cellular behaviors related to cell detoxification and anti-oxidative stress,and can coordinate downstream HO-1,NQO-1 Target genes such as these affect ROS expression and are involved in mitochondrial physiology,protein homeostasis,metabolism,and cell cycle processes.In this paper,the author makes a brief review of tumor cell metabolism and the mechanism involved in Nrf2 promoting tumor cell growth.
