摘要
烧结机高温段烟气主要通过余热锅炉产生蒸汽或进一步进入汽轮机进行发电,而低温段烟气因温度较低,无法解决回收后用途,因此尚未有效利用。结合钢厂生产情况及热量需求性,锅炉除氧器补水通常为常温水,需要消耗除氧蒸汽进行加热。现通过回收烧结低温段余热,直接将补水加热到一定温度后再进入除氧器。一方面回收烟气余热,降低周围环境热污染,另一方面提高除氧器补水温度,降低蒸汽消耗。项目实施后,系统运行稳定,效果良好。
The flue gas in the high temperature section of the sintering machine has been effectively used,and the steam is generated by the waste heat boiler or further enters the steam turbine for power generation.The low temperature section of the flue gas can not solve the post-recovery use due to the lower temperature,therefore it has not been effectively used.Combined with the steel plant production and heat demand,the boiler deaerator water supply is usually room temperature water,which requires deoxygenation steam for heating.Now,by recovering the residual heat in the low temperature section of the sintering ring cooler,the supplemental water is directly heated to a certain temperature before entering the deaerator.The first is to recover flue gas waste heat and reduce thermal pollution in the surrounding environment.The second is to increase the temperature of the deaerator water supply and reduce steam consumption.
