我国风电建设项目管理及其关键问题探讨

在能源趋紧和节能减排的双重压力下,风电资源作为可再生的清洁能源成为最具发展前景的绿色能源之一。风电项目建设由于其前期资金投入多,涉及作业面广,建设工期时间短的特点,成为项目建设单位管理的重点和难点。从风电项目在不同运行阶段中的管理角度出发,分析风电建设过程中所产生的问题,针对如何提高风电建设管理提出了相应的建议,切实加强和规范风电项目建设管理,以促进风电产业健康有序发展。

In the dual pressure of energy tight and energy-saving emission reduction,wind power resources as a clean renewable energy has become one of the most promising green energy.The wind power projects are characterized by large investment,wide operating field and limited construction time,which become the key point for the field construction management.From the management view of wind power project at different operation stages,this paper analysis the the filed construction problems in order to improve the wind power construction management and puts forward corresponding suggestions,which would strengthen and standardize the construction and management of wind power project,and promote the healthy and orderly development of the wind power industry,and provides the reference for the construction of wind power project management.
