在公共建筑合同能源管理谈判中,经济性评价为合理确定节能效益分享模式及比例提供决策依据。通过净现值法在医院案例中应用,着重阐述医院在合同的谈判过程中,如何运用净现值法来评价合同能源管理项目的节能效益,合理确定节能效益分享模式和比例,为公共建筑合同能源管理经济性评价提供一种定量的评价方法。

In the negotiation of energy management of public building contract,economic evaluation provides decision-making basis for reasonably determining the mode and proportion of energy-saving benefit sharing.Through the application of NPV method in the case of hospital,this paper focuses on how to use NPV method to evaluate the energysaving benefits of contract energy management project,reasonably determine the sharing mode and proportion of energysaving benefits,and provide a quantitative evaluation method for the economic evaluation of public building contract energy management.
