摘要
在线学习、网络研讨会和翻转教室为商科教育的发展和改革注入了新的动力,是当今高等教育面临的巨大挑战。网络课程设计应该以学生为中心。根据在线教育和混合学习的教学实践,商科高等教育的教学设计需要体现"专业化"和"网络化"的特征,推动教学改革。数字经济时代,新技术改变了商业环境。为满足人才市场的需求和学生职业发展的需要,商科教育人才培养模式应该进行相应的调整。随着在线学习的发展,教师可以借鉴全纳性教学的原则,帮助学生建立归属感,并实现学习目标。
Online learning,webinars and flipped classrooms is indeed a great challenge to higher education,including business education,but it also inspires new impetus for education to change and advance.The teaching design of the network course should be student-centered.The teaching design needs to reflect the characteristics of"specialization"and"networking".It should summarize and vigorously promote the scientific online education and hybrid learning teaching law,so as to promote the teaching reform of higher education of business.In the era of mathematical word economy,new technology has changed the business environment,and the training standard of business education must be changed accordingly to meet the needs of talent market and students’self-development.
