产学研背景下人才实践能力培养的研究——以安全工程专业为例

摘要 安全工程是一门实践性和应用性较强的专业,如何提高学生动手和实践水平,提升学生教学质量,这既是实践教学目标,又是专业建设需要重点研究的内容之一。本文在对实践教学分析的基础上,结合学院的产学研特色,探究了安全工程专业应用型人才实践能力培养新模式,提出了实践教学改革方法,论文从本科生导师制作为切入点,搭建了结合产学研的实践教学体系,并对实践体系的四大部分进行了详细的阐述。在此基础上,从三个方面深入分析了产学研实践教学体系的注意问题,为安全工程专业实践教学培养提供参考。 Safety engineering is a major with strong practicality and applicability.How to improve students’operational ability,practical level and improve practical teaching quality of safety engineering major,which is not only the practical teaching objectives but also one of the key contents of specialty construction.Based on the analysis of practical teaching status,this paper explores the new mode of training practical ability in different applied talents combined with the characteristics of the industry-University-Research,and puts forward the reform method of practical teaching.Starting from the undergraduate tutorial system,this paper sets up a practical teaching system combining industry-University-Research,and introduces the four parts of the practical teaching system in detail.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems in the practice teaching system of industry-University-Research in three ways,which provides reference for the training of practical teaching in safety engineering major.
