医学研究生教学管理工作中微信的应用

随着科学技术和网络技术的不断发展进步,人们日常的沟通交流变得越来便捷。其中,微信的出现更是方便了不同领域人们的各项互动和管理工作。就医学教育领域来说,医学研究生肩负着医、学、研三位一体的繁重任务,并且学制长、年龄跨度大、工作区域分散,这就为医学研究生的教学管理工作带来了一定的困难和阻碍。但微信的兴起为医学研究生教学管理工作带来了全新的机遇,有助于研究生随时随地进行学习和交流,也有助于研究生管理者对其进行便捷管理。本文在对微信进行相关概述的基础上,探讨了当前医学研究生教学管理工作中存在的问题,并分析了微信在其教学管理工作中的具体应用。

With the continuous development of science and technology and network technology,people’s daily communication becomes more and more convenient.Among them,the emergence of WeChat is more convenient for people in different fields of interaction and management work.As far as the field of medical education is concerned,medical graduate students shoulder the heavy task of integrating medicine,study and research,and have long academic system,long age span and scattered work area,which brings some difficulties and obstacles to the teaching management of medical graduate students.But the rise of WeChat brings a new opportunity to the teaching management of medical graduate students,which helps graduate students to study and communicate anytime and anywhere,and also helps graduate administrators to facilitate its management.Based on the related overview of WeChat,this paper discusses the problems existing in the current teaching management of medical graduate students,and analyzes the specific application of WeChat in its teaching management work.
