独立学院办学模式问题、挑战及对策

独立学院成立20年来,为高校办学开辟了一条有效途径,可以说是高等职业教育中的重要组成部分。众所周知,独立学院的办学方式是一种新事物,它是在探索中引起的,因此在探索实践的过程中必须在许多方面进行健全完善。本文探讨并分析了独立学院办学的问题和挑战,从而明确提出了现如今独立学院办学模式下如何进一步规范以促进独立学院发展。

Since the establishment of independent colleges more than ten years ago,(Zhejiang University City College was approved as the first batch of independent colleges by the Ministry of Education in 1999)has opened up an effective way for colleges and universities to run schools,which can be said to be an important part of higher vocational education.As is known to all,the way of running an independent college is a new thing,which is caused by exploration.Therefore,it must be perfected in many aspects in the process of exploration and practice.This paper discusses and analyzes the problems and challenges of running independent colleges,and then puts forward how to further regulate and promote the development of independent colleges under the mode of running independent colleges.
