新时代民族地区高校后勤内控机制管理研究

摘要 随着我国高等教育改革推进深入,高校后勤组织、参与的经济管理活动日渐增多,各类防控风险多样化、复杂化不断加剧。如何牢牢把握民族地区高校后勤发展新趋势,持续提升服务能力,进一步明确工作定位,对于不断提升后勤管理水平、努力实践十九大报告关于社会主要矛盾的相关论述十分重要。本文围绕民族地区高校后勤内控机制构建这一核心理念,剖析现状问题,提出建议对策,对民族地区高校相应制度建设和实践具有一定的指导意义。 With the deepening of China’s higher education reform,logistics organizations and economic management activities in colleges and universities are increasing day by day,and various kinds of risk prevention and control are becoming more and more diversified and complicated.How to firmly grasp the new trend of logistics development in colleges and universities in ethnic areas,continuously improve the service ability and further clarify the work orientation is very important for constantly improving the logistics management level and putting into practice the relevant discussion on the principal social contradictions in the report of the 19th National Congress.Centering on the core idea of constructing the internal control mechanism of college logistics in ethnic areas,this paper analyzes the current situation and puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures,which have certain guiding significance for the construction and practice of the corresponding system in colleges and universities in ethnic areas.
