新冠疫情背景下高校贫困生就业能力培养研究

随着2020年春天爆发的新型冠状肺炎疫情在全球不断蔓延,全球经济下行已成定局。高校毕业生就业面临前所未有的挑战,贫困生就业前景更是不容乐观,如何加强贫困生就业能力培养,实现脱贫稳就业,树立创新驱动引领贫困大学生创业就业能力的教育理念,统筹线上教育资源与创业实践性强的特点,构建创业就业一体化教育模式,探索在乡村振兴发展战略背景下,立足区域经济发展,实现贫困大学生稳就业和扩大就业的路径,围绕"应时而动,培养创业就业意识;协同育人,全面培养就业素质;联动育人,多维度提高实践能力",提高人才培养质量,提升就业能力,推动贫困生稳就业、实现以创业带动就业,以就业助力脱贫,为乡村振兴贡献力量。
