新工科电子信息类人才培养模式研究

随着教育部实施新工科建设战略以来,各高校积极探索新工科教育所需求的人才培养模式。本文首先介绍工科电子信息类人才培养体系现状,分析当前模式的面临的瓶颈。其次从教育传统、培养机制、评估系统对高校人才培养模式进行规划。最后分别从教学模式、教学环境、教学理念三个方面,探索新工科电子信息类创新型人才培养模式的改革策略。最后总结以实践创新型复合人才为中心,自主学习能力培养为基本路线的人才培养新模式可行性,从而完善新工科人才培养体系,为电子信息领域输送合格的创新型人才。

With the implementation of the emerging engineering education construction strategy by the Ministry of Education,universities have actively explored the talent training model required for emerging engineering education.This article first introduces the current status of the engineering electronic information talent training system and analyzes the bottlenecks facing the current model.Secondly,it plans the talent training model of colleges and universities from education tradition、training mechanism and evaluation system.Finally,from the three aspects of teaching mode、teaching environment and teaching concept,explore the reform strategies of the emerging engineering education electronic information talents training mode.Finally,it concludes the feasibility of a new model of talent training centered on the practice of innovative composite talents,and the cultivation of independent learning ability as the basic line,so as to improve the emerging engineering education talent training system and deliver qualified innovative talents for the electronic information field.
