“双创型”研究生人才培养模式研究——以控制类学科为例

当前,创新创业型人才培养已经成为高校人才培养的主要目标,也是研究生自我发展的需要。本文以控制理论与控制工程专业研究生培养为例,研究"双创型"研究生培养的基本模式,包括人才培养目标确定、课程体系构建、教学方法改进、考核方式改革、"双创型"师资团队建设,以期为高校"双创型"研究生培养提供一定的参考。

At present,innovation and business starting-oriented education talent training has become the main goal of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,as well as the needs of postgraduates’self-development.In this paper,taking the postgraduates training of control theory and control engineering as an example,the basic mode of"dual initiative"postgraduate training is studied.It includes the determination of talent training objectives,the construction of curriculum system,the improvement of teaching methods,the reform of assessment methods,and the construction of"dual initiative"teachers’team,so as to provide some reference for the cultivation of"dual initiative"postgraduates in colleges and universities.
