浅谈严寒地区高校图书馆节能改造及管理方法

摘要 大学的图书馆建筑规模、管理人员素质和水平往往是一所高等院校的综合能力的体现,图书馆作为高等院校的标志性建筑物,学校一直把图书院建设作为学校建设发展的重要组成部分。图书馆作为高校必不可少的主体建筑单元之一,不仅提供了必要的书籍文献机器设备,而且作为学术交流场所,是高校提升科研水平和营造学生高效学习讨论氛围主体建筑单元。然而严寒地区高校由于特殊的气候条件,图书馆内部需要供暖并且长期处于高耗能状态。对于经费紧张的东西部地区高校,运维支出负担严重。本次研究结合智慧中控管理节能体系及其他新兴技术,通过具体分析和解决某严寒地区高校图书馆已存在问题,在"智慧节能,人文绿色,包容并蓄"的图书馆管理理念下,以服务师生、辐射周边为初衷,营造良好的师生学习环境,提高科研水平为最终目标。该研究不仅为本校图书馆提供节能改造提供切实可行方案及管理方法,并且可以为严寒地区高校图书馆节能设计提供参考依据。 The scale,quality and level of the university library building are often the embodiment of the comprehensive ability of an institution of higher learning.As the landmark building of an institution of higher learning,the university has always regarded the construction of the library as an important part of the construction and development of the University.As one of the essential main building units in Colleges and universities,the library not only provides the necessary books and documents machine equipment,but also serves as the academic exchange place.It is the main building unit in Colleges and universities to improve the level of scientific research and create an efficient learning and discussion atmosphere for students.However,due to the special climate conditions in Colleges and universities in the severe cold area,the interior of the library needs heating and is in a state of high energy consumption for a long time.For colleges and universities in East and west regions with tight funds,the burden of operation and maintenance expenditure is serious.This research combines the intelligent central control management energy saving system and other emerging technologies,through the specific analysis and solution of the existing problems of University Libraries in a cold area,under the library management concept of"intelligent energy saving,humanistic green,inclusive and storage",with the original intention of serving teachers and students,radiating the surrounding,creating a good learning environment for teachers and students,and improving the level of scientific research as the ultimate goal.This study not only provides the feasible scheme and management method for the energy-saving transformation of the university library,but also provides the reference for the energy-saving design of the University Library in the severe cold area.
