基于创新实践能力培养的大学生课外培养计划建设初探

大学生课外培养计划是实践教学中的重要环节,它贯通于大学本科教育全过程,是科学构建人才培养体系、全面提升大学生创新实践能力的重要举措。本文提出了大学生课外培养计划包括基础实践、综合实践和创新实践三个层次内容体系,阐述了课外培养计划组织实施过程,讨论了课外培养计划教学模式、软硬件条件建设和政策支持,从实施情况看效果较为显著,为提升学生创新实践能力提供了有力保证,同时也为我校教育教学改革提供了有益思路。

The extracurricular training plan of college students is an important part of practical teaching,which runs through the whole process of undergraduate education.It is an important measure to build a scientific talent training system and improve the innovative practical ability of college students.This paper puts forward three levels of content system of college students’extracurricular training plan,including basic practice,comprehensive practice and innovative practice,expounds the organization and implementation process of extracurricular training plan,discusses the software and hardware condition guarantee mechanism and policy support of the extracurricular training plan,which has a significant effect from the implementation,and provides a strong guarantee for improving students’innovative practice ability.
