生态翻译学视角下的中国政治术语口译策略

总理中外记者会口译策略的研究是近年的热点之一,记者会政治术语的口译对传播中国的政治立场和竖立国际形象起着极其重要的作用。研究自建"2009-2018年总理中外记者会中英平行语料库",以生态翻译学理论为依据,对总理记者会政治术语的口译进行分析,发现中国政治术语口译策略有直译、增译、减译和转译四种,即使同一政治术语,因所处的翻译生态环境各异,采取的口译策略也不尽相同。要正确运用政治术语的口译策略,译员要在口译过程中充分发挥主导作用,对语言维、文化维和交际维的转换不断作出判断调整,以呈现整合适应选择度最高的译文,达到良好的传播效果。

The study of interpreting strategies for the Premier’s Press Conference has been one of the hot topics in recent years,among which the interpreting of political terms plays an extremely important role in stating China’s political stance and establishing a positive international image.In light of the theory of Eco-translatology and the self-built Chinese-English parallel corpus of the Premier’s Press Conferences from 2009 to 2018,this paper researches into the interpreting of the political terms.It has been found that four interpreting strategies have been adopted,namely literal interpretation,amplification,omission and translation.The interpreting strategies for the same political term will vary due to the conversion in the language dimension,cultural dimension or the communicative dimension in order to make the interpreted terms better survive in the target language environment.To correctly use the interpretation strategy of political terms,the interpreter needs to play a leading role in the interpreting process,and constantly make adjustments in the selection and transformation,so as to present an interpreting with a high degree of integration and adaptability.
