新形势下高校学生党员培养体系的研究

随着教育事业改革的逐步深入,学校基层党组织对学生党员的培养在育人方面发挥的重要作用,越来越被高校所重视。学生党员的培养情况直接关乎着国家未来的发展,因此,高校要重视学生党员培养工作,建立健全学生党员培养制度,创新教育形式与内容,努力构建学生党员培养新体系。本文主要对高校学生党员培养中存在的问题进行分析,进而提出相对应的培养策略,希望给相关人员提供参考建议。

With the gradual deepening of educational reform,the primary party organizations in colleges and universities play an important role in cultivating students’party members,which is more and more valued by colleges and universities.The cultivation of student party members is directly related to the future development of the country.Therefore,colleges and universities should attach importance to the cultivation of student party members,establish and improve the cultivation system of student party members,innovate the forms and contents of education and strive to build a new system for the cultivation of student party members.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the party member training of college students and then puts forward the corresponding training strategies,hoping to provide references and Suggestions to relevant personnel.
