基于虚拟仿真技术的模具设计教学及实践 被引量:1

摘要 随着互联网技术及三维虚拟仿真技术的发展,秉承"予实以教,用以致用",以学生为本的实践教学理念,结合传统教学理论基础,基于虚拟仿真技术构建理论与实践相结合的教学体系,以解决应用型本科教育中专业实践环节少、效果差的问题。通过模具设计课程相关理论与实践相结合体系的实施,不仅提高了学生的动手能力、思维创新能力,更让学生对模具的设计过程、零件加工工艺、装配及成形过程有了更深层次的理解和掌握,为机械类专业发展提供了有益的实践探索。 As the development of the internet technology and 3D virtual simulation technology,adhering to the"to teach,to practice"and the student oriented practice teaching concept,the theory and practice teaching system was constructed based on virtual simulation technology combined with the traditional teaching theory,in order to solve the problem of less professional practice and poor effect in applied undergraduate education.The applications of mold design theory and practice system in classroom teaching not only improve the students’practical ability and innovative thinking ability,also let the student possess a deeper understanding and grasp about the mold design process,parts forming process,machining processing and assembling.The applications of virtual simulation technology would provide a kind of beneficial practice exploration to the mechanical professional development.
