团体心理辅导对双惟学子心理素质提升的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对双惟学子心理特点,设计与其生活和学习密切相关的多个主题的团体辅导方案,采用团队游戏、头脑风暴、音乐影视激励等多种方法,以参与式、互动式、体验式的形式,通过安排实验组和设置对照组并分别对其进行心理素质水平前后测进行研究,研究结果表明,实验组在进行了多个主题的团体辅导后,心理素质的整体水平较对照组有了显著提升,团体心理辅导后的访谈、亲身体验个人报告、他人评价等,得到的结论亦如此。 Aiming at the psychological characteristics of Shuangwei students,we design a group counseling program with multiple themes closely related to their lives and learning,using team games,brainstorming,music,film and television incentives and other methods to participate,interact,and experience In the form,by arranging the experimental group and setting the control group and conducting a pre-and post-test study on their psychological qualities,the research results show that the experimental group has more overall psychological qualities than the control group after group counseling on multiple topics Significantly improved.The interviews after group counseling,personal reports of personal experience,evaluation of others,etc.,also reached the same conclusion.
