新时期高校辅导员工作特点研究

Today,with the rapid development of the economy and society,college education has become a key link in training high-level talents in society.It is precisely for this reason that the talent training model of colleges and universities in the new period is very different from the traditional model.The traditional training model is no longer suitable for the rapid development of today’s society.The change in the cultivation model of colleges and universities has also led college counselors to assume more responsibilities in the new era,and the work is also facing many new changes.In this article,we will conduct an in-depth analysis from many aspects.First,we will analyze the new challenges faced by college counselors in the new era,and then analyze the new characteristics of college counselors‘work in the fresh era,and use this as a basis to further discuss the changes in college counselors’work characteristics new requirements emerged during the process.
