新时代网络文化视角下的高校学生资助工作研究——以资助政策宣传为视角

国家资助体系政策类别、专有名词多,许多政策仅靠学生自己阅读文字材料,准确理解政策存在一定的难度,且在真正申请办理资助的过程中也有许多细节需要注意,对受助学生的及时教育引导也具有较强的时效性,因此需要一个更贴近学生的资助政策宣传和资助育人方式。在新时代新媒体环境下,创新资助政策宣传和资助育人方式,促进学生全面发展,运用短视频更多更大的信息承载量,完全超越图文形式的优点,配合政策解读,拍摄创作资助工作短视频,创新资助工作方式,让资助工作与短视频有机结合,可以有效提升资助政策在大学生中的触达率。

There are many policy categories and proper nouns in the state financial aid system.Many policies rely on students to read the written materials alone.It is difficult for students to understand the policies accurately,and there are many details to be noticed in the process of applying for financial aid,the timely education and guidance to the aided students is also time-limited,so we need a more close to the students’policy publicity and education mode.In the new era and new media environment,we will innovate in the publicity of funding policies and the ways of funding and educating students,promote students’all-round development,use short videos to carry more and more information,go beyond the advantages of graphic forms,and cooperate with policy interpretation,shooting the short video on the funding of creative work,innovating the funding mode,and combining the funding work with the short video can effectively enhance the reach rate of the funding policy among university students.
