摘要
本文以帕森斯的"特质—因素"理论为出发点,探讨了当代"00后"大学生的四种职业选择困惑类型,即"没有选择"、"不确定的选择"、"不明智的选择"及"兴趣与能力之间的矛盾",分析了产生以上职业选择困惑的三类原因,即个人层面、家庭层面和社会层面,最后,借助"特质—因素"理论提出了解决路径,帮助"00后"大学生在职业选择中达到人职匹配。
This article to parsons"nature-factors"theory as the starting point,this paper discusses the contemporary"00"after four career choice of college students puzzled types,namely"no choice","uncertain choice","not a wise choice"and"the contradiction between the interest and ability",analyzes the causes above three kinds of career choice confusion,namely the individual level,family level and social level,in the end,with the help of a"character--factors"theory put forward the way to solve,help"00"after college students reach the people job matching in the career choice.
