摘要
面对疫情,辅导员也可能会出现思维与情绪变化等应激反应。调查发现辅导员的自我关照意识不足、自我关照能力不够。自我关照,是在心理援助工作中对心理咨询师胜任力的一项要求,积极的自我关照包括为他人提供心理援助服务、主动的自我心理调节和自身规律生活作息的保持。提高辅导员的自我关照意识和能力要做到坚定信念,进行自我心理调节;关注"五感",接纳现状;提升掌控感,保持规律的生活作息;善于求助,主动联结他人。
University counselors have significant responsibility in fighting COVID-19.They may have stress response,such as changing in thinking and emotions in COVID-19.Self-care is a requirement of psychological consultant’s competence in psychological assistance work.Positive self-care includes providing psychological assistance services for others,active self-psychological adjustment and maintenance of their own regular life schedule.The result showed that University counselors lacked the awareness and the ability of self-care.To improve the self-care consciousness and ability,they should keep firm faith and know self-psychological regulating method,and focus on the five senses to admit actuality,and improve perceived control to maintain a regular routine,and actively connect others for seeking help.
