摘要
当前农科院校对于人才培养存在的突出问题是学生动手实践能力不强、缺乏创新精神,解决生产问题的能力严重不足。而实践教学是高校培养创新型创业人才的重要教学环节,是实现人才知识、能力和素质协调发展的重要策略。为了加强实践教学环节,提高大学生生产实践能力,必须要有一批具备丰富的专业实践能力、创新教学组织能力的老师。
At present,agricultural colleges and universities for talent training outstanding problems are students do not have strong practical ability,lack of innovative spirit,the ability to solve production problems is seriously inadequate.Practice teaching is an important teaching link to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,and an important strategy to realize the coordinated development of talent knowledge,ability and quality.In order to strengthen practical teaching and improve students’production and practice ability,it is necessary to have a group of teachers with rich professional practice ability and innovative teaching organization ability.
