基于模糊综合评价法的本科教学评价 被引量:6

摘要 本科教学评价不再是人们传统印象中的简单、直观、机械,而是一个复杂、变动较多的评价过程。为了优化教学常规管理,深化课堂教学改革,许多高校相继开展了本科教学评价工作,但是大多数教学评价工作所采用的评估方法还停留在感性评定阶段,不能完全满足时代发展的要求。因此,本文应用模糊数学理论,把多级模糊综合评价方法应用到教师教学评价研究中,保证了定性指标向定量指标的科学转化。针对多层次、多因素问题的评判效果构建了科学合理的数学模型,该模型能够对高校教师教学做出了科学、客观、准确、全面的评价。 Undergraduate teaching evaluation is no longer simple,intuitive and mechanical in people's traditional impression,but a complex and changeable evaluation process.In order to optimize the routine management of teaching and deepen the reform of classroom teaching,many universities have carried out undergraduate teaching evaluation work one after another,but most of the evaluation methods used in teaching evaluation work are still in the perceptual evaluation stage,which cannot fully meet the requirements of the development of The Times.Therefore,this paper applies the theory of fuzzy mathematics,applies the method of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the research of teachers' teaching evaluation,and guarantees the scientific transformation from qualitative index to quantitative index.This paper constructs a scientific and reasonable mathematical model aiming at the evaluation effect of multi-level and multi-factor problems,which can make scientific,objective,accurate and comprehensive evaluation on the teaching of college teachers.
