摘要
教学评价具有导向和激励功能,对学生的学习态度、教师的工作积极性具有重大影响。长期以来,统计学考核形式单一,考核内容侧重于统计理论、概念和公式的理解和记忆,忽视学生实际应用能力的培养。大部分高校采取学生评教、同行评教和督导评教等形式来评价教师的教学质量。但由于组织成本、时间成本的限制,对大部分教师而言,学生评教成为教学评价比较普遍甚至是唯一的形式。进一步完善和改进统计教学评价体系,以评促教,是应用型本科统计学教学改革的重要内容。
Teaching evaluation has orientation function and stimulating function,which has great influence on students' learning attitude and teachers' passion for work.For a long time,the form of course assessment of statistics is simple,the assessment content focuses on the understanding and memory of statistical theories,concepts and formulas,and ignores the cultivation of students' practical application ability.Most colleges and universities take the form of students evaluation,peer evaluation and supervisors evaluation to evaluate teaching quality.However,due to the limitation of organization and time cost,student evaluation has become a common or even the only form of teaching evaluation for most teachers.To further improve the evaluation system of statistics teaching and promote teaching by evaluation is an important part of the reform of applied undergraduate statistics teaching.
