人工智能时代下财经类院校通识教育的思考

财经类院校所培养的人才主要面向银行、证券、保险等金融机构。近年来随着人工智能、大数据、云计算等技术的发展,金融机构开始新一轮的转型升级。进而对于人才的需求结构也随之发生变化,例如主流银行纷纷设立金融科技公司,对科技人才的需求加大。财经类院校在计算机技术等通识教育方面相对薄弱,与综合性大学相比缺少竞争力。因此,在人工智能时代下如何通过加强通识教育提高财经院校培养人才的竞争力需要重新审视。本文将对这一问题进行探讨,并提出若干建议。

The talents trained by financial institutions are mainly for Banks,securities,insurance and other financial institutions.In recent years,with the development of artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other technologies,financial institutions began a new round of transformation and upgrading.Furthermore,the demand structure for talents also changes accordingly.For example,mainstream Banks set up fintech companies one after another,increasing the demand for scientific and technological talents.Financial institutions are relatively weak in computer technology and other general education,and lack of competitiveness compared with comprehensive universities.Therefore,in the era of artificial intelligence,it is necessary to re-examine how to enhance the competitiveness of talent training in financial and economic institutions by strengthening general education.This paper will discuss this problem and put forward some Suggestions.
