内蒙古应用型高校实践教学对学生创新创业能力的培养

创新创业能力是应用型高校人才培养的核心,实践教学对创新创业能力培养具有重要作用。通过调查发现内蒙古应用型高校的实践教学体系在创新创业人才培养过程中的主体地位还不突出,实践教学中缺少创新创业能力培养的实践内容且学生的参与度不高,此外教师虽指导过各类实践活动,但因能力所限指导的并不深入。内蒙古应用型高校应深入分析实践教学环节存在的问题,不断探讨如何在新时代构建与优化面向创新创业能力培养的实践教学体系。

Innovation and entrepreneurship ability is the core of application-oriented university talent training,and practice teaching plays an important role in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Through the survey found that application of practical teaching system in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia in the innovation main body status in the process of entrepreneurial talent training is not outstanding,the lack of creative ability training practice teaching practice content and the students' participation is not high,moreover teachers is to guide all kinds of practice activities,but not in-depth guidance for lack of ability.The application-oriented colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia should deeply analyze the problems in practice teaching and constantly discuss how to build and optimize the practice teaching system oriented to the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability in the new era.
