新时代高校加强资助工作队伍建设研究

党的十九大报告提出,到2020年全面建成小康社会必须高质量打赢人民倍加关注的脱贫攻坚战。学生资助作为高校工作的组成部分,是脱贫攻坚的主要措施,也是脱贫攻坚的重要内容。本文分析研究当前高校资助工作队伍存在的困境及原因,提出新时代高校加强资助工作队伍建设的有效途径,以期各高校通过不断加强高校资助工作队伍建设,进一步推进学生资助工作。

It is stated at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we must win the battle of poverty alleviation with high quality for an all-round moderately prosperous society by 2020.As a part of college's and university's work,student financial aid is a main measure for poverty alleviation and an important content of poverty alleviation.This article analyzes and studies the current difficulties and the reasons in student financial aid teams of colleges and universities,and proposes effective approaches for colleges and universities to develop their student financial aid teams in the new era,with a view to promoting college's and university's work of student financial aid by continuing developing student financial aid team.
